Replicating database from outside the cluster using Boundary

Thanks for the question @Arman - Boundary is primarily designed to allow access for humans. I would re-ask this question in the Consul discuss because my guess is that the right way to do that would be using something akin to Consul connect.

Is this thread issuing the same case?
