AWS forbidden: User "system:anonymous" cannot get resource "services" in the namespace

dears,
when i run command 'Terraform Plan" i got around 12 errors with same issue error message

Error: query: failed to query with labels: secrets is forbidden: User “system:anonymous” cannot list resource “secrets” in API group “” in the namespace “xxxxxx”
│
│ with xxx.xxxx,
│ on xxx.tf line 5, in resource “xxxx” “xxxx”:
│ 5: resource “xxxx” “xxxx” {

all the 12 error messages is related to EKS kubernetes.

hello,

kindly help me to find the root cause of cannot list resources in the namespaces when I run like Terraform plan to EKS cluster.

What troubleshoot command that help me to identity and debug the forbidden error message in the terraform terminal.
