Can't assign Exclusions block in google project logging sink

Using TF 0.12.29 and latest Google Provider.

Keep getting the error that a block of type ‘Exclusions’ is not expected here.

Update: Have also tried with 0.13 and 0.14 of Terraform and it still doesn’t allow for that block.
