Provisioning and deprovisioning of aws resources are primarly done using TFE/Jules pipeline. It has been found that there exists lots of dangling aws resources in aws account even after successful deprovisioning via TFE/Jules Pipeline. A solution is required to identify these resources and provide the utility to clean up the dangling resources so that it can save aws costs.
