# Dynamic Secrets. Creating a Role

Please help. Windows operating system. I’m not able to create a role, then configure the role to the secret as provided in the example (link below).

I receive multiple errors similar to the following: ‘policy\_arns’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,  
operable program or batch file.
