i use the following code to setup the aws EKS : git clone [GitHub - hashicorp/learn-terraform-provision-eks-cluster](https://github.com/hashicorp/learn-terraform-provision-eks-cluster) but show below error: Error: waiting for EKS Add-On (education-eks-MIshm4fz:aws-ebs-csi-driver) create: timeout while waiting for state to become ‘ACTIVE’ (last state: ‘DEGRADED’, timeout: 20m0s) ---

I had the same error. This could be that you are using a small instance type e.g. t2.micro, I upgraded to t3.small and issue got resolved
