How feasible is HashiCorp with ITSM tool integration

Integration with a ticket management system or tool, with the following characteristics: -

  1. It must be automated and grant the required accesses.
  2. Offer the possibility of interfacing your ticket management system or tool.

I hate to give you the “it depends” but… it depends on what you are trying to capture, and your ITSM platform. For example, ServiceNow and BMC have a Vault integration. If your ITSM does not have an integration, this would be something you would likely need to build.

If you are looking for an approval workflow, Vault Enterprise uses a feature called control groups.
