How to pass list of subnets and cloud account id in loop to get fabric network id : Terraform

Cannot include the given value in a string template: string required.

Error!! I did not get fabric network id in data resources, need to know how to pass list of subnets and cloud account id in loop and get network id’s, please suggest me on this issue
