It looks like Terraform is no longer supporting the Infoblox provider:

Documentation in the Terraform registry does not indicate that the provider is not longer under support. Was wondering if there is someone else that is supporting this or if the documentation is jut no up to date. Thanks.
The About section of the repository you’ve linked indicates the provider has moved out of the hashicorp org in GitHub and to GitHub - infobloxopen/terraform-provider-infoblox: Infoblox Provider for Terraform, which seems to still be updated.
