What would be the ideal lifecycle and commands for the server . If I want to focus only to install, upgrade and uninstall the server for my team? As well as the workers and Controllers ?

Check out the Boundary Documentation. In particular I’d recommend going over the learn guides/tutorials.
It was a bit bare in the past, but in the last 6 or so months it’s improved a huge amount and now covers most of the basics around setup, config, etc.
