We published a new module (auth0/modules/auth0) from the GitHub repository auth0/terraform-auth0-modules via the Registry UI.
The publish flow completed without errors and showed a success state.
However, the module does not appear in search results and the canonical module URL returns an error (or empty state): Terraform Registry
Current state:
The module cannot be found via registry search.
The module page at the URL above does not load correctly.
The Registry UI does not offer an option to delete and re-publish the module, leaving it stuck in an invisible but apparently registered state.
Impact: The module is effectively unusable and unrecoverable without backend intervention on HashiCorp’s side.
