The documentation for Packer’s azure-arm only mentions using active directory. Does Packer support Azure Stack Hub ADFS? Terraform has an azure_stack_provisioner but we don’t see one for Packer. When we try to build, Packer attempts to reach the default public active directory endpoint (https://login.microsoftonline.com).
