# Podman driver doesnt work in any version \> 1.9.x

Hi Team. I just want it to know, if nomad 1.9.x is compatible with Podman driver (plugin). Whenever a put a 1.10/1.11 the plugin just “dies” at startup. I didnt see anything specific in the Documentation / upgrade guides.
