## Expected Behavior

Lambda layer created via terraform

## Actual Behavior

The layer is created but I am getting wrong version and account

**Merge order**
1
**Name**
Datadog-Python37
**Layer version**
1
**Version ARN**
arn:aws:lambda:eu-west-1:420XXXXXX88:layer:Datadog-Python37:1

## Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. create datadog.tf with config

Terraform v0.12.24
provider.aws v2.55.0
provider.random v2.2.1

I build the layer provided in the [https://github.com/DataDog/datadog-lambda-layer-python](https://github.com/DataDog/datadog-lambda-layer-python)

```auto
resource "aws_lambda_layer_version" "lambda_layer" {
  filename = "datadog/datadog_lambda_py3.7.zip"
  layer_name = "Datadog-Python37"
  compatible_runtimes = ["python3.7"]
}
```

1. run terraform apply

## Specifications

- Datadog Lambda Layer version: 11
- Python version: 3.7

If this is wrong approach please let me know how to import the layer in the terraform with correct version and accounts variables
