Remove double quotes using trim

trim(“string”, “”")
error missing argument separator. A comma is required to separate each function argument from the next.
It works ok if I use a letter such as ‘a’
trim(“string”, “a”)

Hi @d.bayliss,

That second argument you’re trying to write is a quoted string, so you need to consider the grammar rules for quoted strings when writing this. In particular, normally the symbol " marks the end of the string, so if you want to include a literal quote mark then you must use one of the escape sequences: \".

trim("string", "\"")
