I just upgraded our environment from 1.15 to 1.18 and when I view a secret now, I get shown an overview screen instead of the secret details. Is there a way to change this back to how it used to work for ALL users please?

I checked with engineering and to go directly to the secret, click the elipises (…) and select secret data. The overview tab was added to prevent potential secret information from being viewed by default when clicking on a secret. Also confirmed there is not a way to disable this.
