Vault v.1.0.3 -> RMQ 3.9.14 - failed to validate the connection:

I have got a pretty old instance of Vault - 1.0.3 and we are using it to generate tokens for authentication with RabbitMQ.
On version 3.7 RMQ it worked well, but unfortunately, when I upgraded RMQ to 3.9.14. and when I try do configure the RMQ Engine, i got following error:

Code: 500. Errors:

  • 1 error occurred:
    * failed to validate the connection: json: cannot unmarshal array into Go struct field UserInfo.tags of type string

As far as I understand, this is due to uncompatible data types, which differs after upgrade.
Upgrading Vault would solve the problem? Or RMQ is not longer compatible with Vault?

You’re about 6 years out of date. I’d recommend upgrading.
