I’m not aware of any official or community project called “terragrand”, but I think you might be asking about Terragrunt.
Terragrunt is a third-party wrapper around Terraform which has a variety of features that some teams find useful when they are working with many Terraform configurations together. I don’t have any specific examples to share but perhaps others in the community can talk about their uses of Terragrunt, assuming that Terragrunt is the system you were asking about.
