When using (+,-) symbol in terraform getting error

Hello Team,

I am new to the terraform, I went thru the 3rd tutorial, The link is pasted below,

I followed the steps for adding and removing the instance steps, but getting the error .
Can someone help me on solving this issue.

If you observe at the (-) or (+) sign there is error sign.
