About VCS Integration method

Hi
I tried to VCS Integration GitLab (CE) with Terraform Cloud.
I proceeded according to the official manual below, but when I clicked “Continue” after entering the GitLab Application ID and Secret in step 3, I got a 404 error and could not proceed.

Since GitLab limits access by IP address, I think that is the cause, but is there a way to publish or know the IP address on the Terraform Cloud side?
