Firstly, I would like to know whether terraform have the ability to provide Amazon Managed Blockchain?
Secondly, And if it is - Are there any predefined templates to build a Hyperledger Fabric blockchain network using Amazon Managed Blockchain?

The foundations for supporting Amazon Managed Blockchain were added via https://github.com/terraform-providers/terraform-provider-aws/pull/8512 but no resources have yet been added.
I suggest opening issues - https://github.com/terraform-providers/terraform-provider-aws/issues - for each of the resources you’d like.
