Auth backend required policy

i’m trying to create a new authbackend.

URL: POST https://vault/v1/sys/auth/approle_foo
Code: 403. Errors:* 1 error occurred:

  • permission denied

can anyone point me to the right policy required? i’ve tried a few combos, but cant get it to work
