Hi,

I developed terraform code to deploy AmazonQ applications.

I did not find in the doc all the functions needed to manage all the functions not in Amazon Q for business.

For example:

  • I do not find the information and examples to make other data sources than S3.
  • I do not see how to manage controls and guardrails
  • I do not know how to launch data source sync

Do you know if functionality extensions are planned?

Hi,

  • The datasource configuration follows the API schema and you could Connecting Amazon Q Business to Web Crawler using APIs - Amazon Q Business for say Webcrawler configuration. I am working on adding a webcrawler example to the docs soon.

  • Can you expand on what you mean by guardrails management w.r.t Q business ?

  • The datasource sync is currently set to schedule. But a sync after deploy option doesn’t exist right now at the API level for the schema.
