With “azurerm_api_management_gateway_api” it is possible to add or remove Self Hosted Gateways to a version of a api in Azure Api Management.
But is it also possible to add / remove the “Managed” Gateway? This can be done in the UI Portal but I cant find a configuration for terraform.
