Azure SQL DB | GP_S_Gen5_2 to GP_S_Gen5_4 | what is the impact?

When we change the sku_name : GP_S_Gen5_2 for SQL DB to sku_name": GP_S_Gen5_4
which will change Vcpus from 2 to 4.

Does this have any impact on existing data in DB?
