Is there a way to deploy monitoring templates (Blueprints) in Azure Portal with the Terraform during Infrastructure Deployment through Azure Yaml Pipelines or Independent pipelines to enable monitoring For Resources like App gateway, Notification-hub, Cosmos-db and etc?
