Can't get box and no login

I tried installing a new Vagrant Box for VBox on Windows 11 (debian/bookworm64). A valid Vagrant file already exists. with vagrant up I get the message “The box ‘debian/bookworm64’ could not be found or could not be accessed in the remote catalog. If this is a private box on HashiCorp’s Vagrant Cloud, please verify you’re logged in via vagrant login. Also, please double-check the name. The expanded URL and error message are shown below:
URL: [“Vagrant box debian/bookworm64 - Vagrant Cloud”]
Error: Recv failure: Connection was reset”
I then wanted to first log in to the console with vagrant cloud auth login. I created a token in my account settings. However, the login fails with the following message: “An unexpected error occurred: Vagrant Cloud request failed - {“message”=>“Bad credentials”}”

Can someone help professionally here?

Has nobody a helpful idea?

I believe I’ve resolved the issue here, although I’m not sure if it will help.

My wireless network device is a “Killer(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX1650i”, and within the Killer Control Center software, there’s an option called “Prioritization Engine”. When I disabled this option, I was able to use Vagrant without any issues for now.
