Changed to a new free tier but no agents available

Hello,

I’ve changed to a new free tier but I haven’t received a free agent. It says that “0 OUT OF 0 PURCHASED AGENTS*” on the Agent page in settings. Does anyone else have this issue?

Hi @luke_tf, I’d report this using the Support link at the bottom of the Terraform Cloud web user interface page (should be visible from the Agents page you are describing). That should pull up a form where you can report this to the support team. I checked it out on our test account and it tells me:

AGENT POOLS: 1 TOTAL
0 OUT OF 1 PURCHASED AGENTS

Hello @CraigW , it seems that the issue has resolved by itself overnight. There are probably some minor issues with accounts after they changed plans. Thanks for the tip!
