Consul 1.15 release notes date not updated

I wasn’t sure where exactly to mention this, so forgive me if this is the wrong place. It isn’t a consul bug per se, so I came here. I was looking at the versions of Consul on github and noticed the year in the release notes for the 1.15 branch does not align for releases in 2024, as it still lists 2023.
