Is there a consul agent for Linux / AIX on the power pc platform ?

HashiCorp does not provide Consul binaries for PowerPC architectures or AIX. You can find a list of officially supported architectures and operating systems at Downloads | Consul by HashiCorp.
That said, there is a third-party company called Power Devops which does publish Consul binaries for AIX on PowerPC (https://www.power-devops.com/consul). Again, these are not tested or supported by HashiCorp, but perhaps they’ll work for your needs.
