Deregister service

Hey. I have a consul cluster that uses patroni as dcs. Two days ago I noticed a situation where patroni loses registration in its log for several seconds at this moment I see this:

Mar 19 15:33:29 postgres-el-21 patroni.py: 2020-03-19 15:33:29,476 INFO: Lock owner: postgres-el-21-cluster-01; I am a postgres-cluster-01

If we compare the time, then in the consul’s log I see a call to tlsutil: OutgoingTLSConfigForCheck with version 1, after which, I see how the services are registered again:

2020/03/19 15:33:39 [DEBUG] http: Request PUT /v1/kv/service/postgres-el-21-cluster/members/postgres-el-21-cluster-01?acquire=4jjjjn (41.496416ms) from=127.0.0.1:60106

Is this normal behavior for consuls? Previously, this problem did not exist, the configuration did not change where.
