Difficulties when trying to create Windows VMs off templates in vSphere

I’m currently facing difficulties when trying to create Windows VMs off templates in vSphere with Terraform.
Could you guide me as to how to go about this?
Configuring Linux VMs is more straightforward and direct than Windows I noticed.

I did a lot of research till I discovered this line was needed in my configurations:
firmware = "bios"
