Disabling allow read access to storage logging/metric from any network

Hi

Deploying an azure storage account with service endpoint.
Networking menu shows this:

I would like to know how I can disable the last two checkbox when deploying.

1. Disabling allow read access to storage loggingfrom any network
2. Disabling allow read access to storage metric from any network

I can’t see any properties
