Getting 403 trying to download pre-compiled release on envconsul Versions | HashiCorp Releases

now it seems to be working. Must’ve been a permissions issue

There was some backend maintenance this morning which affected the availability of artifacts on releases.hashicorp.com.

That maintenance has been completed. You should be able to successfully access the envconsul files.
