Feature request: Official Agent Skills set for Plugin Development

It would be very cool if HashiCorp/IBM could release official AI agent skills for plugin development across the HashiCorp portfolio, such as Packer plugins and Terraform providers.

With help from AI agents, I think it’s not difficult to convert the entire plugin development docs into Agent Skills format as serve it as a git sub-module.

Can you guys consider it?
