Trying to install the Hashicorp Debian signing key located at https://apt.releases.hashicorp.com/gpg fails on random nodes in a cluster I am trying to build.
SSH:ing to the node itself, and curling the URL reveals a 404 with “Content not available in your region”.
This seems odd, given all nodes of the cluster are located in the same data centre in Germany.
The public IP’s are in the 91.107 range.
