How to attached the automated security group

Hi,
I’m new and studying the terraform. I already build a elasticbeanstalk from app to environment.
my question is,
how can I attached the automated load balancer security group that created by elasticbeanstalk to my custom security group using terraform?

here’s the two automated security group of eb
Load Balancer Security Group and VPC Security Group

then i want the VPC Security Group automatically attached to my custom security group name for example mysql-secgrp with a description of tag-name
