How to restart a vault after shut down

Okay here is a scenario :

I have 3 vault nodes and unfortunatly one of the node get shut down so the vault is not running anymore on the machine.
How can I " restart " the vault process on the machine.

I tried this scenario I show you below the logs message after the shut down :

What command can I use to make it operationnal again ? ( and to let it communicate with the others nodes )

If you’re using systemd then systemctl start vault.
