Iothub_dps resource recreating when changing linked_hub

Hi,

It is not clear to me why changing or add additional linked IoT hub to DPS resources requires it’s the replacement?

Azure Resource Manager: azurerm_iothub_dps - Terraform by HashiCorp

In Azure portal or CLI you can add and remove linked IoT Hub without such DPS recreation.
