Is there any difference between how we develop modules for Terraform Cloud Module registry vs modules in a local directory?

I am building and testing a series of modules on my local directory. I plan to migrate all of the modules to a Terraform Enterprise private module registry.

Is there any difference between how we develop modules for Terraform Cloud Module registry vs modules in a local directory?
