Mandatory property when create_mode is set to 'GeoRestore'

In azurerm postgres flexible server when i am setting create_mode to GeoRestore then i have also have to mandatorily provide this property ‘point_in_time_restore_time_in_utc’ to enable my GeoRestore. My question is why do i need to provide such a property for GeoRestore when azurecli or even azure portal doesn’t require you to provide any utc time to restore to a paired region even in single server i never needed to provide any time for GeoRestore.

It is required to be provided by the Terraform provider because the underlying Azure ARM API requires it:

Based upon the Azure ARM API: Servers - Create - REST API (Azure PostgreSQL) | Microsoft Learn
This appears to be a requirement that is enforced by the API and is reflected in both BiCep and ARM templates as well as the Terraform provider: Microsoft.DBforPostgreSQL/flexibleServers - Bicep, ARM template & Terraform AzAPI reference | Microsoft Learn

The portal often obfuscates elements and it may be that it is providing the latest backup PITR transparently, or passing a default that has the same effect, the CLI may also be doing this.
