Metrics for Vault Secrets Operator

Regarding the metrics exported by Vault-Secrets-Operator.

1. Why controller_resource_status metric is NOT available for the VaultStaticSecret Controller?
2. Why controller_resource_status gauge metric is not set to zero, when the corresponding custom resource was deleted.
