The azurerm provider for the kusto cluster customer managed key (CMK) does not has the option to alsway use the latest key version (key auto rotation), the key_version a required value. So the auto key rotation is not supported. To support the key auto rotation would be a highly neede option, other wise you must do the key rotation on the kusto cluster manualy
