Need help on to store secrets into Hashicorp vault

Hello Team,

I am new into this Hahicorp and we have task to store the API keys, secrets (GitHub data) needs to store in Hashicorp vault.
while I am getting the error running the below command. Can you anyone help me…?
$ “C:\kumar_PC\vault.exe” login -method=github token=“APIKey”
Error authenticating: Put “https://vserv-test.sos.ibm.com:8200/v1/auth/github/login”: x509: certificate signed by unknown authority
