Anjuna has recently released a free open-source plugin that enables storing secrets in Azure Key Vault using Hashicorp Vault. It is currently based on the Azure CLI tools and we plan, moving forward, to have it interact with Azure Key Vault directly via its REST API. The source code is available under an MPL 2.0 license.
