Ordering of responses for batch_input in Transit Secret Engine

The Decrypt and Rewrap Operations while using the transit secret engine allow for batched input using the batch_input in the HTTP Request.

Do the responses maintain the same order (as the request) while getting the response? It’s not clearly mentioned in the documentation regarding the ordering of the responses.

In my experience yes, the order of input is preserved.

I agree that should be more clearly defined in the documentation.
