Hi,
Is there any way to set “Limit IOPs” option for the disk packer creates when using the vsphere-iso provider?
I didn’t find a hint in the docs, so I tried to do it afterwards by using govc, but can’t figure out how to do it with govc as well. 
There must be some way to do this programmatically I guess …
