Per default, the packer-manifest.json file contains the artifact_id, which is the resource ID of the managed image being built (if that is specified). If you then configure the shared_image_gallery_destination attribute accordingly, the output of the artifact_id is still the resource ID of the managed image.
Is there any way to output the resource ID of the created image gallery version, in the manifest file? With or without using the custom_data configuration, and without having to build the resource ID string yourself. Is it possible to fetch it from somewhere within Packer?
