Possibility to add managed A record

I am wondering if there is any possibility to create managed A record as na alias record set which points to Azure Resource?

Is this only UI possibility?

Just a quick update:
Possibility to add A|AAAA|CNAME record has been released in version 1.40.0 of the provider.
