I need to restart vault with new certificate when vault certificate is renewed. There is a dedicated process that validates the certificate and renews it after expiry. Is there a way this process can trigger vault restart after changing the certificate. The process runs on a remote machine and cannot access vault VM to send a SIGHUP.
